Job Description
The role involves creating and managing high-quality content to build brand awareness and generate leads for Samsara's connected operations platform across the EMEA region, including storytelling, content strategy, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and write high-quality content in various formats such as videos, webinars, whitepapers, blogs, and research reports.
- Manage content projects from initiation to completion, including planning, research, editing, and review.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure content quality and alignment with brand messaging.
- Develop and implement localized content distribution strategies across EMEA-specific channels and SEO practices.
- Track and analyze content performance metrics to optimize future content strategies.
- Provide editorial guidance and content best practices to cross-functional marketing teams.
- Create audience-focused content strategies for key EMEA programs, including testing new formats and channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, English, communications, or a related field.
- Significant years of proven content marketing experience, specifically executing a program to build awareness and deliver qualified leads.
- Samples of interactive and engaging marketing materials such as web page content, e-books, blog posts, case studies, videos, infographics, emails, etc.
- Experience with content management systems like Contentful.
- Experience with SEO best practices and localisation.
- Strong work ethic, team-player mentality, and experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment managing multiple workstreams end-to-end.
- Excellent copyediting, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience using analytics to determine the impact and effectiveness of content programs.
- Minimum ability to create and launch content in multiple languages.
- An understanding of cultural nuances within the EMEA region that impact content strategy.
