Job Description

The role involves working with public sector customers to demonstrate the value of Samsara's IoT solutions, conducting analysis and ROI modeling, and supporting long-term customer success through strategic consulting and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and leadership to identify and demonstrate value for enterprise customers.
Support public sector customers by quantifying realized value and identifying opportunities for additional business growth.
Conduct quantitative analysis, ROI modeling, and manage trials to showcase value through deployments.
Consult with customers on best practices in change management, technology implementation, and customer experience.
Present insights and recommendations to customer executives and internal stakeholders.
Lead initiatives to drive operational excellence, increase engagement, and embed value across organizations.

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years experience in management consulting, value engineering, finance, and/or business operations.
Proven ability to build deep and empathetic working relationships with customers, clients, and internal teams.
Structured thinker with an eye for value and attention to detail.
Self-starter who enjoys owning projects and thrives in an unstructured, change-heavy environment.
Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and driving impact results.
Strong quantitative, communication, and presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree required.
