Job Description
The role involves working with public sector customers to demonstrate the value of Samsara's IoT solutions, conducting analysis and ROI modeling, and supporting long-term customer success through strategic consulting and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and leadership to identify and demonstrate value for enterprise customers.
- Support public sector customers by quantifying realized value and identifying opportunities for additional business growth.
- Conduct quantitative analysis, ROI modeling, and manage trials to showcase value through deployments.
- Consult with customers on best practices in change management, technology implementation, and customer experience.
- Present insights and recommendations to customer executives and internal stakeholders.
- Lead initiatives to drive operational excellence, increase engagement, and embed value across organizations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years experience in management consulting, value engineering, finance, and/or business operations.
- Proven ability to build deep and empathetic working relationships with customers, clients, and internal teams.
- Structured thinker with an eye for value and attention to detail.
- Self-starter who enjoys owning projects and thrives in an unstructured, change-heavy environment.
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and driving impact results.
- Strong quantitative, communication, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree required.
