Job Description
The role involves demonstrating the value of Samsara's IoT solutions to enterprise customers by conducting ROI analysis, supporting implementation, and fostering long-term relationships to drive operational improvements across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Align customer and internal stakeholders on value drivers such as efficiency, safety, and sustainability using Samsara's products
- Support existing customers by quantifying value realized and identifying opportunities for additional business value
- Conduct quantitative analysis, ROI modeling, and manage trials to demonstrate value at scale
- Consult with customers on change management, technology implementation, and customer experience best practices
- Present insights and recommendations to customer executives and internal stakeholders
- Lead Business Value initiatives to improve operational excellence and embed value across organizations
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in management consulting, value engineering, finance, and/or business operations.
- Proven ability to build deep and empathetic working relationships with customers, clients, and internal teams.
- Structured thinker with an eye for value and attention to detail.
- Self-starter who enjoys owning projects and thrives in an unstructured, change-heavy environment.
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and driving impact results.
- Strong quantitative, communication, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree required.
