Job Description
This role involves managing and developing AI-enabled sales technology solutions, aligning product strategies with business objectives, and collaborating across teams to enhance digital sales platforms and processes in a fast-growing, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering and data teams to identify, evaluate, and deliver AI-enabled capabilities within GTM systems.
- Define product requirements, success metrics, and adoption strategies for AI-powered features.
- Understand and develop a technology roadmap aligned with GTM organization’s business objectives and strategies.
- Engage with stakeholders across the organization to communicate and manage product development and priorities.
- Lead and mentor junior product managers and GTM team members to ensure high performance.
- Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, including writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Lead agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of features and improvements.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive data-informed decisions.
- Apply a design-centric approach to create user-friendly, scalable, and integrated solutions.
Requirements
- Experience working with AI-enabled or data-driven features from a product management perspective, including defining requirements, success metrics, and rollout strategies, with familiarity with concepts such as model outputs, confidence levels, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Over 10 years of experience in software or platform development, specifically focusing on large-scale software service sales technology ecosystems, including expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Entitlement Management System (EMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) Salesforce, integrations, Sales Quote to Cash processes, XaaS Subscription models, and complex US and international selling scenarios.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex concepts and issues to leadership teams in a compelling, persuasive, and fact-based manner.
- Proficiency in collaborating across technology, engineering, and product teams to develop, implement, and enhance digital solutions for employee personas.
- Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira and Confluence, and analytics platforms.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a large-scale environment with annual recurring revenue (ARR) of 2-10 billion USD.
- Ability to create, maintain, and prioritize product backlogs, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Ability to lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, and ensure timely delivery of features and improvements through effective sprint management.
- Ability to define key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor and report on product performance, and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Adopt a design-centric approach to create user-friendly, scalable, and adaptable solutions, considering user experience, data flow, and integration points.
- Ability to act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams, and lead and mentor junior product managers or GTM team members.
