Job Description
A Senior Technical Program Manager is responsible for leading the development and coordination of Rondo's core heat battery product, managing cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery, and driving technical integration across engineering disciplines to support industrial decarbonization efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead program planning including scope, milestones, resource allocation, and schedule management
- Manage daily program execution, track progress, identify risks, and maintain critical path
- Coordinate technical integration across mechanical, electrical, controls, and thermal teams
- Build alignment and facilitate collaboration among engineering, product, delivery, supply chain, and external partners
- Provide data-driven program updates, dashboards, metrics, and risk reports to leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
- Six (6) years of technical program management or equivalent experience in hardware, energy systems, or complex industrial products.
- Strong systems thinking skills and the ability to rapidly learn new technologies.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional development programs with multiple technical disciplines.
- Experience with scheduling and risk management tools and frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
