A Senior Technical Program Manager is responsible for leading the development and coordination of Rondo's core heat battery product, managing cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery, and driving technical integration across engineering disciplines to support industrial decarbonization efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Lead program planning including scope, milestones, resource allocation, and schedule management
Manage daily program execution, track progress, identify risks, and maintain critical path
Coordinate technical integration across mechanical, electrical, controls, and thermal teams
Build alignment and facilitate collaboration among engineering, product, delivery, supply chain, and external partners
Provide data-driven program updates, dashboards, metrics, and risk reports to leadership
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
Six (6) years of technical program management or equivalent experience in hardware, energy systems, or complex industrial products.
Strong systems thinking skills and the ability to rapidly learn new technologies.
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional development programs with multiple technical disciplines.
Experience with scheduling and risk management tools and frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Annual salary range between $190,000 and $220,000 plus equity
