Job Description
A Senior Technical Program Manager is responsible for leading the development and integration of Rondo's core heat battery product, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and risks, and ensuring successful delivery of innovative, decarbonizing industrial energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead program planning including scope, milestones, resource allocation, and schedule management.
- Manage day-to-day program execution, track progress, identify risks, and maintain critical path.
- Develop systems-level understanding of the Rondo Heat Battery and coordinate technical integration across disciplines.
- Build alignment and facilitate collaboration among engineering, product, delivery, supply chain, and external partners.
- Provide data-driven program updates to leadership through dashboards, metrics, and risk reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field
- At least 6 years of technical program management or equivalent experience in hardware, energy systems, or complex industrial products
- Strong systems thinking skills and the ability to rapidly learn new technologies
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional development programs with multiple technical disciplines
- Experience with scheduling and risk management tools and frameworks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Annual salary range between $190,000 and $220,000 plus equity
