Job Description
A Senior Data Engineer supporting the Department of Defense by designing and implementing data solutions to enhance data-driven decision-making and national security initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data solutions to support data-driven decision-making across the Department of Defense
- Support the development and management of data infrastructure and pipelines
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Requirements
- Possess extensive experience in designing and implementing robust data solutions supporting data-driven decision-making, with a focus on national security initiatives and investments.
- Demonstrate a high level of skill as a Senior-Level Data Engineer supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition Sustainment (OUSD A S).
- Have the ability to support the transformation of how the DoD utilizes data and technology.
- Possess skills in building technology-agnostic solutions that can be integrated across various platforms and systems.
- Have experience working in environments supporting customers with difficult and important mission sets related to U.S. national interests.
- Possess the ability to shape the future of DoD data management and analytics through innovative data engineering practices.
