The Senior Data Scientist will support the modernization of military logistics data systems by integrating AI and machine learning capabilities to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency for U.S. Central Command.
Key Responsibilities
Support the modernization of the Joint Logistics Common Operating Picture (JLOGCOP) by integrating AI/ML capabilities into data feeds.
Accelerate AI-enabled capabilities for the Joint Logistics Enterprise to improve planning and decision-making.
Play a critical role in enhancing data analysis and insights to support regional cooperation and mission objectives.
Requirements
Experience supporting or working with the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) or similar military or government agencies.
Ability to support the modernization of the Joint Logistics Common Operating Picture (JLOGCOP) by integrating AI and machine learning capabilities into existing data feeds.
Proven experience in accelerating AI-enabled capabilities for enterprise-level logistics or operational systems.
Demonstrated ability to play a critical role in increasing the speed of planning and enhancing decision-making processes through data science solutions.
Experience working with automated and manual Department of Defense (DoD) data feeds.
Strong understanding of data integration, automation, and data feed management in a military or government context.
Ability to support the development and deployment of AI and machine learning models in a mission-critical environment.
Experience working in or supporting a DoD or similar defense environment, with knowledge of military logistics and operational data systems.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with government stakeholders and technical teams.
Ability to adapt to changing needs and modify or adjust solutions as required by the organization.
