Job Description

The Senior Software Developer will lead the redevelopment of critical applications supporting national security, implementing Agile and DevSecOps practices to ensure secure, scalable, and rapid deployment of software within classified environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the re-development of custom applications vital to national security
Implement Agile methodologies and build CI/CD pipelines within a DevSecOps framework
Own and manage the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for multiple classified enclaves

Requirements

Experience leading the major re-development of custom applications that are vital to national security.
Proficiency in implementing Agile methodologies within a software development environment.
Experience building robust Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines within a DevSecOps framework.
Ability to own and manage the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Experience developing software that supports multiple classified enclaves, ensuring security and scalability.
Demonstrated skills in leading software development projects that support government or national security missions.
Strong understanding of secure software development practices to ensure the software supporting the nation’s justice system is secure.
Experience working with data and technology solutions in a mission-critical environment.
Ability to lead the evolution of application stacks, specifically the DOJ National Classified Services (NCS) application stack.
