Job Description
The role involves supporting the development and operation of renewable energy projects, focusing on community solar, energy storage, and EV charging solutions, with an emphasis on creating social and environmental impact while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and operate renewable energy solutions such as community solar, industrial solar, utility-scale solar, energy storage, and EV charging projects
- Support economic development, energy resiliency, and community benefits through renewable energy initiatives
- Contribute to workforce training and job creation related to renewable energy projects
Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in renewable energy development, operations, or related fields.
- Must possess a strong understanding of renewable energy solutions including community solar, commercial industrial solar, small utility-scale solar, energy storage, and EV charging projects.
- Must have experience developing, owning, or operating renewable energy projects, with demonstrated knowledge of project lifecycle and industry standards.
- Must have the ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a high-trust workplace culture.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally, including recording name pronunciation via the Name Pronunciation Tool as part of the application process.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country without requiring sponsorship.
