Job Description
The role involves providing high-level administrative support to the founders, including managing schedules, travel, and expenses, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in a fast-paced, innovative solar tech startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage schedules, travel arrangements, and expenses for the Founders
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives
- Anticipate the needs of others and prioritize tasks effectively
- Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, and candidates
- Maintain and protect highly confidential corporate information
- Serve as the first point of contact internally and externally
- Work independently with minimal supervision
Requirements
- Provide high-level administrative support including managing schedules, travel, and expenses for the Founders.
- Anticipate the needs of others and effectively prioritize tasks.
- Communicate professionally with stakeholders at all levels of the organization as well as outside clients, vendors, and candidates.
- Maintain and protect highly confidential corporate information with discretion and integrity.
- Work independently with minimal supervision or direction.
- Be proactive with an aptitude for anticipating the needs of others and spotting potential problems before they occur.
- Remain cool under pressure and excel in situations where the path forward may be ambiguous, demonstrating adaptability in a lean, scaling start-up environment.
- Treat sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity, demonstrating discretion and confidentiality as a core aspect of the role.
- Possess complete ownership and accountability over their role and success in the team.
- Communicate honestly and effectively, demonstrating transparency into the operations of the company.
- Operate with a sense of urgency, understanding the importance of timely action in a fast-paced, global industry.
- Have the ability to work remotely in the lower 48 states unless otherwise specified for the role.
- Possess the ability to handle a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapid changes typical of a start-up.
- Be willing to work in a remote-first working model, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
