Job Description
The role involves autonomously managing the full sales cycle and building strategic partnerships within the UAE market to drive revenue growth for a data storage technology company. It requires developing business proposals, prospecting new accounts, and collaborating with channel partners to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and guide the full sales cycle within the designated territory, from prospecting to deal closure.
- Cultivate and strengthen strategic partnerships with local channel partners.
- Implement high-volume prospecting strategies to identify and develop new accounts.
- Develop and present business proposals demonstrating technical and financial value to customers.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and account strategies to leadership.
Requirements
- Proven track record of results-oriented full-cycle sales proficiency, with experience initiating, navigating, and successfully closing B2B technology deals.
- Business-fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic, essential for building trust and negotiating with key resolution-makers in the UAE market.
- Demonstrated autonomy and initiative in managing a territory and pipeline, coupled with the ability to guide complex sales motions with channel partners.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with deep proficiency in sales technologies such as Salesforce.com and G Suite, required to handle a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment.
- Ability to autonomously manage and guide the end-to-end sales process within a dedicated territory, consistently achieving and exceeding quarterly revenue outcomes and quotas.
- Experience in cultivating and strengthening strategic partnerships with a network of local channel partners to maximize opportunity coverage and drive deal closure success.
- Experience in driving a high-volume prospecting strategy to penetrate new accounts and reach key resolution-makers, building a healthy pipeline for long-term business growth.
- Ability to establish value for the Pure Storage solution by developing and presenting compelling business proposals that clearly demonstrate technical and financial outcomes for the customer.
- Delivering accurate and reliable sales forecasts and account strategies to leadership to ensure predictable and results-oriented quarterly performance.
- Willingness to work from the Dubai, UAE office in an in-office environment in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
