Job Description

The role involves acting as a primary post-sales customer advocate for enterprise data storage solutions, building long-term relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience from onboarding to renewal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary post-sales advocate and trusted advisor for customers, ensuring they maximize value from the product.
  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships by understanding their business and technical needs.
  • Manage the customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewals, collaborating with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience.
  • Lead strategic business reviews and drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, bridging communication between customers and internal teams.
  • Define success metrics and establish processes to support customer growth and account management.

Requirements

  • Business proficiency in English and German language written and spoken.
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing, relationship management role, such as a Technical Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, Professional Services, or Sales Engineering.
  • A deep understanding of enterprise data centre environments and the ability to manage technical relationships within a leading IT infrastructure or software vendor.
  • The ability to act as a trusted advisor, communicating technical issues and business impact clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executives.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and execute detailed action plans with stakeholders and customers.
  • Willingness to work from the Munich office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
  • Up to 25% travel to visit customers as needed.
