Job Description

This role involves supporting the renewal process for subscription services by managing data, coordinating with sales and finance teams, ensuring accuracy in renewals and upgrades, and developing processes to optimize revenue and compliance within a technology company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Renewal team in reviewing, revising, reporting, and upgrading opportunities affecting the installed base.
  • Build algorithms with the Business Intelligence Team to support renewal processes.
  • Develop and implement SOX compliance processes and reporting structures.
  • Manage heavy transaction workloads with attention to detail to secure revenue before maintenance expiration.
  • Provide operational and administrative support to enable seamless renewal processes.
  • Coordinate account mapping and territory alignment to ensure pipeline readiness.
  • Triage and route inquiries from high-volume renewal inboxes to appropriate teams.
  • Proactively market subscription opportunities and resolve issues with Channel Partners and Account Managers.
  • Review and validate subscription renewals against customer reports and data sources.
  • Research business transactions and prepare data to assist account teams in renewal cycles.
  • Accurately confirm and quote renewal opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Track renewal activities in Salesforce and other systems, moving opportunities through stages.
  • Verify accuracy of upgrades executed by field and inside teams, ensuring co-terming with existing renewals.
  • Assist with verifying pricing and data accuracy in internal tools.
  • Fulfill installed base requests for field teams and support data-related projects to improve renewal reporting.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years experience in sales operations and/or contract administration.
  • Solid Salesforce aptitude.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize activities effectively.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Organizational and follow-up skills, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to research original business transactions and prepare detailed reports to assist the account team in making quick recommendations for the next subscription cycle.
  • Ability to review and validate subscription renewals against customer installed base reports and additional data sources.
  • Ability to accurately confirm and quote all subscription renewal opportunities for the assigned territory.
  • Experience with managing heavy transaction workloads with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to develop and communicate process changes and improvements to optimize programs and enhance relationships with external customers and internal support groups.
  • Experience tracking all activity in Salesforce, Stage 1 to Stage 2 FisF or other PERC Ticket Closures to move Renewal Opportunities to Stage 3.
  • Accountability for reviewing and checking accuracy of upgrades executed by the field and Inside Account teams.
  • Work closely with Renewal, Sales, and Finance teams to get upgrades co-termed to existing renewal dates.
  • Assist the team with verifying pricing and data accuracy in internal tools.
  • Fulfills installed base requests for field teams.
  • Accountability for data-related projects that help improve renewal reporting.
  • Ability to research and analyze business transactions to support renewal and upgrade processes.
