Job Description
The Principal Product Manager for Public Cloud leads the strategic development and execution of cloud storage solutions, partnering with executive teams to drive growth, define product roadmaps, and transform how companies consume cloud storage services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic evolution of the Everpure Platform into the hyperscaler ecosystem.
- Own the roadmap and execution of public cloud storage-as-a-service offerings to meet market share and revenue targets.
- Translate customer needs into product requirements for cloud-native and hybrid-cloud storage solutions.
- Analyze adoption metrics, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop customer adoption, renewal, and expansion strategies.
- Represent Everpure Cloud through technical and business presentations to stakeholders and customers.
Requirements
- Deep technical expertise in public cloud technologies and storage architectures, specifically regarding SaaS delivery models and hyperscaler marketplace motions.
- Demonstrated ability to conceive and execute complex, multi-year product lifecycles from initial concept through high-growth scaling within the enterprise infrastructure or database space such as SQL, Oracle, or SAP HANA.
- Advanced analytical skills with a focus on core customer journey metrics, business health reporting, and the ability to turn abstract market variables into concrete strategic direction.
- Exceptional ability to change thinking and gain acceptance from senior executives and external partners in sensitive, high-stakes negotiations.
- Ability to work in an in-office environment at the Prague, Karlin office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
