A Technical Services Engineer at Everpure is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer technical issues related to hardware and software, performing implementation tasks, and providing excellent customer support in a collaborative, in-office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues across hardware, software, and environmental factors.
Perform implementation tasks such as software and hardware upgrades and RMA dispatch.
Collaborate across departments to support customer needs and internal knowledge sharing.
Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and professional updates.
Document technical knowledge and solutions in FAQ and knowledge base articles.
Manage multiple support cases and projects simultaneously.
Participate in on-call, weekend, and holiday support duties as required.
Requirements
Hands on experience in customer-facing and or technical support support work
Willingness to work in shifts
Experience with customer service and or exceptional interpersonal skills
General technical aptitude, attention to detail and ability to take initiative
Willing to work collaboratively and be an active team player
Desire to learn, grow and seek continuous improvement
Good communication, organizational and time-management skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical education preferred, not required
Ability to troubleshoot customer technical issues across all severity levels, utilizing collaboration and troubleshooting best practices within ServiceNow
Ability to perform implementation work such as Software and Hardware upgrades and RMA dispatch
Ability to build strong networks across different departments in the company
Ability to proactively understand customer expectations and provide concise, professional customer-facing communications
Willingness to work from the Bangalore office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave
