The role involves leading business development efforts to promote and sell Pure Storage's AI solutions to enterprise clients, supporting sales teams, building partner relationships, and driving growth in the AI infrastructure market.
Key Responsibilities
Support sales teams by providing domain expertise and positioning AI solutions in complex enterprise sales cycles.
Develop sales playbooks, use cases, and reference architectures to articulate AI value propositions.
Build and strengthen relationships with channel partners, including global system integrators and technology alliances.
Co-develop joint go-to-market initiatives with partners to expand AI market presence.
Enable partners through training, collateral, and joint-selling strategies to accelerate pipeline and deal closure.
Represent Pure's AI strategy at industry events and with customers and partners to build credibility and evangelize solutions.
Drive new business opportunities in AI across enterprise accounts, aligning with sales strategies and achieving growth targets.
Requirements
12 to 15 years of progressive experience in enterprise sales, business development, or channel leadership roles.
Direct experience selling enterprise data, analytics, and AI solutions to Fortune 2000 companies, preferably with early stage startups.
Strong background in direct sales, channel sales, and sales management.
Proven success selling software and SaaS solutions, ideally paired with data infrastructure offerings.
Consistent record of overachievement against quota and business growth.
Startup experience strongly preferred, with the ability to operate with agility and entrepreneurial drive.
Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-level decision makers.
Proven ability to build and sustain deep partner and channel relationships.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Deep understanding of enterprise AI use cases, data ecosystems, and competitive landscapes.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
