Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end proposal workstreams for customer engagements, ensuring clarity and value articulation.
Coordinate customer interactions and internal stakeholders to maintain steady progress and surface risks.
Act as the central point for project coordination, decision tracking, and meeting critical deadlines.
Conduct discovery sessions to validate customer priorities and translate findings into strategic insights.
Produce high-quality, compliant, and well-documented customer deliverables aligned with brand standards.
Requirements
Proven ability to manage customer-facing projects or proposal workstreams with a focus on structure, predictability, and cross-functional collaboration.
Skilled at conducting discovery to surface customer priorities and translating complex information into clear, persuasive written and verbal narratives for internal and external audiences.
High attention to detail regarding documentation hygiene, version control, and the ability to maintain consistent quality across multiple contributors under tight timelines.
Proactive approach to learning new industries and tools, paired with the sound judgment to know when to navigate challenges independently and when to escalate for strategic guidance.
