Job Description
This role involves leading the vision, strategy, and execution of Pure Storage's Data Protection product portfolio, focusing on ensuring data resilience, security, and recovery across on-premises and cloud environments through innovative solutions and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the vision, strategy, and execution roadmap for the Data Protection product portfolio.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to market adoption and continuous improvement.
- Establish and monitor key resilience and business KPIs, conduct market analysis, and identify growth opportunities.
- Foster and grow a strategic ecosystem of partners and internal collaborators to extend product capabilities.
Requirements
- Experience in Data Protection Product Management with a history of launching and scaling differentiated, enterprise-grade features in dynamic and competitive markets.
- Deep technical acumen in cybersecurity, data protection, and enterprise storage.
- Ability to define a long-term product vision, translate complex customer and threat challenges into clear strategic value and market-ready solutions, and own the resulting business outcomes and success metrics.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with proven success engaging and influencing C-level executives, technical leaders, global sales teams, and external partners.
- Proven track record of driving end-to-end product life cycles, from ideation and requirement-setting through to market adoption, GTM enablement, and continuous performance improvement.
- Ability to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in an in-office environment in compliance with company policies.
