Job Description
The Senior Sales Operations Analyst supports regional sales teams by providing data-driven insights, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring operational excellence to enhance sales performance in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with regional leadership to support sales teams with analytics, operational processes, and strategic insights.
- Improve forecasting, pipeline management, and planning processes across the EMEA region.
- Ensure sales teams are trained and enabled on quoting, booking, forecasting, and process best practices.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and operations to identify bottlenecks and streamline sales processes.
- Maintain data quality and compliance in SFDC and other systems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order processing and approvals.
- Share best practices and drive standardization across operations teams.
- Participate in process optimization, automation, and system enhancement initiatives.
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics across districts and segments.
Requirements
- Five (5) years of experience in Sales Operations, FP&A, Commercial Operations, or another analytical role supporting EMEA markets.
- Experience working in a multinational or high-technology company is preferred.
- Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.
- High level of proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, SFDC, and Clari.
- Experience with Tableau or other Business Intelligence (BI) tools is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Business fluency in English and Arabic is required.
