The role involves leading the global go-to-market strategy for Pure Storage's AI product line, including defining value propositions, developing differentiated solutions, and driving adoption through technical expertise, product management, and industry engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Define and communicate the value proposition for Pure's AI product line across various customer segments and regions
Create differentiated AI solutions highlighting technical strengths and business outcomes
Develop and implement the global go-to-market strategy in collaboration with product management, sales, and engineering teams
Equip sales teams and partners with tools, training, and collateral to effectively sell AI-driven solutions
Represent Pure's AI vision in customer meetings, industry events, analyst briefings, and media engagements
Build credibility as a thought leader by shaping the AI narrative around data fabrics, pipelines, and enterprise AI adoption
Requirements
15 years of experience in product management, product marketing, strategy, or related roles in enterprise software, SaaS, or data infrastructure companies.
Demonstrated success in launching and scaling AI ML-driven products, ideally in the areas of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agents, or enterprise data platforms.
Deep understanding of enterprise data ecosystems including data warehouses, data lakes, ETL/ELT pipelines, and semantic layers.
Experience working with Fortune 500 customers and selling into technical and executive audiences, preferably with early stage startups.
Strong technical foundation in AI ML, data management, and cloud platforms.
Exceptional storytelling skills able to simplify complex concepts into compelling narratives.
Proven ability to influence across product, sales, marketing, and executive teams.
Strong public speaking and executive presentation skills.
Results-driven mindset with experience building sales pipeline and accelerating revenue growth.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
This role is primarily an in-office position requiring work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with company policies.
