Job Description
The role involves leading the global go-to-market strategy for Pure Storage's AI product line, driving adoption, defining value propositions, and acting as a thought leader in enterprise AI solutions, with a focus on data ecosystems and innovative AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the value proposition for Pure's AI product line across customer segments and regions
- Create differentiated AI solutions highlighting technical strengths and business outcomes
- Develop and execute the global go-to-market strategy in collaboration with product management, sales, and engineering
- Equip sales teams and partners with tools, training, and collateral to sell AI-driven solutions
- Represent Pure's AI vision in customer meetings, industry events, analyst briefings, and media opportunities
- Build credibility as a thought leader by shaping the AI narrative around data fabrics, pipelines, and enterprise AI adoption
Requirements
- 15 years in product management, product marketing, strategy or related roles in enterprise software, SaaS, or data infrastructure companies.
- Demonstrated success in launching and scaling AI ML-driven products, ideally in the areas of LLMs, RAG, Agents, or enterprise data platforms.
- Deep understanding of enterprise data ecosystems including data warehouses, lakes, ETL/ELT pipelines, and semantic layers.
- Experience working with Fortune 500 customers and selling into technical and executive audiences, preferably with early stage startups.
- Strong technical foundation in AI ML, data management, and cloud platforms.
- Exceptional storytelling skills able to simplify complex concepts into compelling narratives.
- Proven ability to influence across product, sales, marketing, and executive teams.
- Strong public speaking and executive presentation skills.
- Results-driven mindset with experience building pipeline and accelerating revenue growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
- The role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
