Job Description
A Senior Business Systems Analyst responsible for designing and implementing scalable systems to support sales, pricing, renewal, and subscription operations, acting as a bridge between business needs and technology, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing strategies and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable systems for Pricing Management, Pricing Optimization, and CPQ capabilities.
- Analyze, document, and translate business requirements into functional designs and scalable solutions supporting sales, renewal, and subscription operations.
- Partner with Sales Operations, Monetization Operations, and Product Management to define and execute the IT and Business roadmap.
- Build strong relationships and ensure effective communication across business, operational, and technical teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders to improve collaboration, identify process inefficiencies, and drive adoption of scalable technology solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role within an IT or technology-driven organization.
- Strong functional background as a consultant or analyst with hands-on experience in CPQ platforms, Pricing Strategy, and Pricing Operations.
- Deep understanding of Pricing Optimization strategies, discounting models, and Pricing Analytics with the ability to translate insights into system capabilities.
- Familiarity with SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools to validate requirements, support solution design, and drive insights.
- Ability to analyze, document, and translate business requirements into functional designs and scalable solutions that support Sales, Renewal, and Subscription operations.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable systems that enable Pricing Management, Pricing Optimization, and CPQ Configure, Price, Quote capabilities.
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technology, demonstrating a track record of earning and maintaining trust with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while thriving in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on-site 5 days a week at the OFFICE_LOCATION office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
