The role involves leading the optimization and management of subscription product operations, including system configuration, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to drive scalable subscription growth and maximize customer lifetime value within a SaaS or cloud business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end optimization of subscription operational lifecycle for Foundation and Forever offerings.
Design, configure, and implement new subscription renewal products and features within the tech stack, including Salesforce CPQ and billing systems.
Develop and maintain operational dashboards and KPIs to provide actionable insights for process improvement and automation.
Serve as the operational subject matter expert for renewal processes and product catalog, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and adoption.
Requirements
Proven, hands-on expertise in product operations and process management within an enterprise subscription, SaaS, or Cloud business model, with a practical understanding of hardware product configuration complexity.
Demonstrated functional mastery of CRM, CPQ, and Order-to-Cash systems, with a strong emphasis on leading configuration efforts in Salesforce CPQ and the ability to independently define, document, and validate complex business requirements for system enhancements.
Deep functional expertise in subscription operations, including product operations and process management within an enterprise subscription, SaaS, or Cloud business model.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a proven ability to independently navigate high levels of ambiguity, manage multiple complex, parallel initiatives, and translate sophisticated operational data and KPIs into clear, strategic business decisions.
Highly effective collaboration and communication skills necessary to influence and drive consensus across multiple senior stakeholders, including Product, Finance, and IT teams, and to convey complex process changes clearly and persuasively.
Ability to independently drive operational excellence by analyzing renewal and feature release processes, designing, implementing, and governing data-driven strategies for maximum efficiency and speed.
Experience designing, configuring, and executing new subscription renewal products and operational features within the tech stack, including Salesforce.com SFDC CPQ and billing systems such as Zuora, to ensure seamless, scalable integration.
Ability to translate operational data into strategic insights by developing and maintaining operational dashboards and KPIs to influence process improvement and automation roadmaps.
Work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
