Job Description
The Senior Analyst, Enterprise Deals at Pure Storage leads the execution and structuring of high-value, complex transactions, advising sales teams on pricing and deal strategies to maximize revenue and profitability while managing risk.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end deal execution for high-value, complex transactions, ensuring successful closure and alignment with profitability targets
- Design and implement innovative pricing and monetization frameworks to maximize deal value
- Manage the deal governance process from inception to final sign-off, driving improvements for scalability
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Product teams to ensure deal proposals comply with policies and risk management guidelines
- Develop and roll out enablement frameworks, pricing models, and approval structures to enhance sales effectiveness
Requirements
- Four (4) years of experience in functions like Deal Desk, Strategy, or Business Development at a technology firm.
- Experience handling non-standard deal structures, with a strong focus on balancing commercial creativity, risk management, and internal policy alignment.
- Proven expertise in financial analysis and commercial modeling for complex, high-value B2B software or technology transactions.
- Exceptional problem-solving ability and the capacity to synthesize complex business, legal, and financial constraints into clear, simple, and executable recommendations.
- A strategic mindset coupled with an owner’s drive, with the ability to take full accountability for driving deal outcomes from strategy design to closure.
- Strong communication and influencing skills necessary to advise and collaborate effectively with executive and cross-functional leaders.
- Ability to work in an in-office environment at either the Santa Clara, CA or New York, NY office, in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
