This role involves supporting sales operations for Pure Storage's Portworx business, including forecasting, pipeline management, sales planning, and performance tracking, to help scale operational excellence and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Provide operations support to the VP, District Managers, and sales teams
Assist in managing sales cadences, including forecasting and pipeline management
Project manage sales planning activities such as sales coverage, compensation, and incentives
Track and measure sales performance across districts, segments, and regions
Collaborate with deal monetization team on SFDC enhancements for quoting processes
Partner with BI team to create dashboards for sales leadership
Requirements
Professional experience in Sales Operations or a similar role in a fast-paced growing sales organization
Strong understanding of sales functions, workflows, and processes
Ability to work independently and respond rapidly in a constantly evolving business environment
Demonstrated experience and history of driving complex projects from start to finish
Proven ability to build strong relationships with business partners
A sense of ownership, persistence, creativity, teamwork, and a customer-first attitude
