Job Description
The role involves serving as a senior Solutions Architect for GSI partners, driving revenue growth and strategic technical solutions in the EMEA and LATAM regions by collaborating with sales, engineering, and partner teams to align technology offerings with customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and partner with key Global System Integrator (GSI) companies to drive business growth.
- Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) solutions strategies to increase revenue in EMEA and LATAM regions.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with executive and technical decision-makers within GSI partners.
- Create compelling value propositions and business cases aligned with client needs and industry drivers.
- Define comprehensive solutions encompassing industry approach, technology, and business processes.
- Establish technical credibility as a trusted advisor to partners and clients.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to deliver innovative technology solutions.
- Identify market trends and map customer needs to Pure Storage’s technology offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, coupled with 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Demonstrated product experience across multiple technology vendors.
- Strong technical competence, including a solid working knowledge of storage, compute, database, networking, and virtualization.
- Experience with emerging technologies like New Stack, AI ML, and Big Data Analytics is highly valued, with community and social media involvement being an advantage.
- Exceptional written, diagrammatic, and oral communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to balance a big-picture strategic view with a detail-oriented approach to solving problems.
- Prior experience working for or with Indian Global System Integrators (GSIs) is a significant advantage.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately 30% of the time when it is safe to do so.
