Job Description
This role involves leading and managing large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs within the company's operations, bridging strategic business goals with technical execution, and ensuring successful project delivery and organizational change.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and govern high-impact, cross-functional transformation programs within the Integrated Operations PMO.
- Manage the full lifecycle of multiple complex projects, ensuring objectives, scope, and delivery align with business goals.
- Establish and enforce project management governance, processes, plans, and templates across teams.
- Collaborate with business leaders to define success metrics and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, scope changes, dependencies, and organizational change management issues.
Requirements
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle for 2 or more complex, interrelated projects simultaneously, ensuring clear objectives, scope, and timely delivery that results in measurable business outcomes for the organization.
- Establish, enforce, and maintain project management governance, processes, plans, and templates used across all collaborating functions including Sales, Marketing, and IT to ensure predictable, scalable, and high-quality program execution.
- Partner directly with business leaders to define success metrics, KPIs, and objectives, and analyze and shepherd business requirement documents through the IT solutioning and implementation process, translating technical steps into clear business impact.
- Proactively identify, manage, and solve for critical project factors including scope creep, complex dependencies, and organizational change management (OCM), implementing timely interventions to ensure core program goals are achieved and successfully adopted.
- Demonstrated mastery in leading and governing large-scale, high-complexity, cross-functional transformation programs, with significant experience supporting or transforming a Global Sales Go-to-Market organization.
- Deep proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile program and project management methodologies, coupled with advanced skill in using project management tools to synthesize complex program data into clear, consumable executive-level communications and presentations (e.g., Google Slides).
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills to clearly articulate technical concepts to business leaders and translate strategic business outcomes into actionable technical requirements, effectively acting as the bridge between functional teams and IT.
- Proven ability to drive decisions, resolve conflicts, and influence complex cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to align on priorities and outcomes without the need for direct reporting authority.
- Willingness to work primarily in an in-office environment at the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
