Program Manager, DTG

We are looking for an Agile Technical Program Manager to lead our IT Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives, with a specific focus on driving the successful implementation and management of our CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) program. If you are a strong leader, energetic self-starter, strategic thinker, and passionate about agile program management and CPQ solutions, we invite you to join us! • CPQ Program Management: Lead the planning and execution of CPQ projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, overseeing all phases from initial scoping to deployment and ongoing optimization. • Resource Management: Optimize the use of project resources to maximize productivity within defined constraints. • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of deliverables, implement best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. • Problem-Solving: Navigate unforeseen challenges, adapt methodologies as needed, and drive innovation within project execution. • Risk Management: Identify risks, develop robust mitigation strategies, and make critical decisions to keep projects on course. • Lifecycle Management: Oversee all stages of the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and optimizing processes. • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and cross-functional teams, to gather requirements, communicate progress, and manage expectations. • Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of GTM projects. • Team Leadership: Lead and empower project teams, delegate tasks, foster a collaborative environment, and mentor junior team members. • Analytics Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a data-driven decision-making culture. • Agile Practices: Apply Agile principles and best practices as an experienced Scrum Master managing multiple Scrum teams. • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • 8+ years of program/project management experience with a proven track record in delivering complex, enterprise, or cross-functional projects. • 5+ years of experience managing IT projects, with at least 3 years focused on CPQ implementation or similar systems. • Experience with Agile methodologies • Experience as a Scrum Master managing multiple Scrum teams • Preferred: PMP certified, SAFe certified • Hands-on experience with complex projects involving various application components, stack layers, and cloud technologies. • Highly organized with great attention to detail, follow-up, and prioritization skills. • Proven problem solver with strong interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with people at all levels. • Strong verbal and written communication skills to deliver messages across a broad range of audiences. • Team player who values cooperation and leadership. • Preferred: Experience with CPQ systems (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, LogicIO) and a deep understanding of the GTM process. • Preferred: Strong understanding of system integrations across CPQ, EDI, ERP, and CRM environments. #LI-TH3, #LI-ONSITE Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
