  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of functional areas, ensuring platforms meet standards for operability and performance.
  • Collaborate with hardware and operations teams to define configuration rules and SKUs for deployment and sizing.
  • Coordinate with engineering, software, and QA teams to clarify requirements and track feature delivery against organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Experience in a technical product, program management, or engineering-adjacent role where you have successfully managed projects from concept to completion.
  • Proven ability to break down complex technical problems into structured, shippable increments using data-driven logic rather than anecdotes.
  • Genuine interest in how high-performance storage systems like FlashArray and FlashBlade work, with the hunger to dive deep into hardware, software, and operational details.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills to analyze telemetry, support trends, and sales patterns to identify system bottlenecks and product gaps, and to turn these insights into quantitative recommendations.
  • Ability to define actionable product requirements by translating customer challenges into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirement documents (PRDs) for hardware and software improvements.
  • Experience leading the end-to-end delivery of functional areas from design reviews to launch readiness, ensuring platforms meet standards for operability and performance.
  • Ability to collaborate with hardware and operations teams to ensure accurate configuration rules and SKU definitions for deployment and sizing of solutions.
  • Excellent communication and influence skills to present clear analysis, propose decisions confidently, and work effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, software, and QA teams.
