The Product Manager for Systems will lead the development and enhancement of Everpure's FlashArray and FlashBlade storage platforms by analyzing data, defining product requirements, managing project execution, and collaborating across teams to ensure high performance, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze telemetry, support trends, and sales patterns to identify system bottlenecks and product gaps, and develop recommendations for product strategy.
Translate customer challenges into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for hardware and software improvements.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of functional areas, ensuring platforms meet standards for operability and performance.
Collaborate with hardware and operations teams to define configuration rules and SKUs for deployment and sizing.
Coordinate with engineering, software, and QA teams to clarify requirements and track feature delivery against organizational goals.
Requirements
Experience in a technical product, program management, or engineering-adjacent role where you have successfully managed projects from concept to completion.
Proven ability to break down complex technical problems into structured, shippable increments using data-driven logic rather than anecdotes.
Genuine interest in how high-performance storage systems like FlashArray and FlashBlade work, with the hunger to dive deep into hardware, software, and operational details.
Strong analytical problem-solving skills to analyze telemetry, support trends, and sales patterns to identify system bottlenecks and product gaps, and to turn these insights into quantitative recommendations.
Ability to define actionable product requirements by translating customer challenges into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirement documents (PRDs) for hardware and software improvements.
Experience leading the end-to-end delivery of functional areas from design reviews to launch readiness, ensuring platforms meet standards for operability and performance.
Ability to collaborate with hardware and operations teams to ensure accurate configuration rules and SKU definitions for deployment and sizing of solutions.
Excellent communication and influence skills to present clear analysis, propose decisions confidently, and work effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, software, and QA teams.
Willingness to work primarily in an in-office environment at the Santa Clara, CA office, in compliance with company policies.
