A strategic People Analytics Lead responsible for designing and delivering data-driven insights to improve workforce effectiveness and organizational performance through advanced analytics, visualization, and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full lifecycle of global people analytics projects, from gathering stakeholder requirements to delivering insights that inform business strategy
Design, build, and maintain executive dashboards in Tableau and conduct advanced analyses such as predictive modeling and segmentation
Partner with HRIS, IT, and business leaders to ensure data integrity, governance, and system integration
Translate complex data findings into strategic narratives and actionable recommendations for senior leadership
Act as a technical lead and mentor for junior analysts, setting standards for analytical quality and fostering a data-driven culture
Requirements
Demonstrated, wide-ranging experience in a people analytics function, with a track record of leading complex, end-to-end analytical projects.
Advanced proficiency in data visualization, especially Tableau.
Deep understanding of HR data systems such as Workday and Greenhouse.
Strong technical skills in data modeling and advanced analysis using tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
Exceptional data storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
Proven ability to mentor junior analysts and act as a technical subject matter expert, driving high standards for data quality and analytical rigor.
Experience in designing, building, and maintaining executive-ready dashboards in Tableau.
Experience in conducting advanced analysis like predictive modeling and segmentation to identify key workforce drivers, risks, and opportunities.
Ability to partner with HRIS, IT, and business leaders to drive data integrity, governance, and integration across core HR systems.
Willingness to work from the Bengaluru office in an in-office environment, in compliance with company policies.
