Job Description
A strategic People Analytics Lead responsible for designing and delivering data-driven insights to improve workforce effectiveness and organizational performance, partnering with HR and business leaders, and mentoring junior analysts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of global people analytics projects, from requirements gathering to delivering insights that inform business strategy
- Design, build, and maintain executive dashboards and conduct advanced data analysis such as predictive modeling and segmentation
- Partner with HRIS, IT, and business leaders to ensure data integrity, governance, and system integration
- Translate complex data findings into strategic narratives and actionable recommendations for senior leadership
- Act as a technical lead and mentor for junior analysts, establishing standards for analytical quality and fostering data-driven culture
Requirements
- Demonstrated, wide-ranging experience in a people analytics function, with a track record of leading complex, end-to-end analytical projects.
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization, especially Tableau.
- Deep understanding of HR data systems such as Workday and Greenhouse.
- Strong technical skills in data modeling and advanced analysis using tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Exceptional data storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
- Proven ability to mentor junior analysts and act as a technical subject matter expert, driving high standards for data quality and analytical rigor.
- Experience leading the full lifecycle of global people analytics projects, from gathering stakeholder requirements to delivering scalable, validated, and actionable insights.
- Ability to design, build, and maintain executive-ready dashboards in Tableau.
- Experience conducting advanced analysis such as predictive modeling and segmentation to identify key workforce drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Experience partnering with HRIS, IT, and business leaders to drive data integrity, governance, and integration across core HR systems such as Workday and Greenhouse.
- Ability to translate complex data findings into compelling narratives and strategic recommendations for senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work from the Bengaluru office in an in-office environment, in compliance with company policies.
