Job Description
A software engineer role focused on designing and implementing security features for high-performance, reliable storage systems, primarily working on the FlashArray product line, with opportunities to innovate and grow within a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement algorithms and technologies for high-performance, reliable systems
- Own and deliver product security features from concept to deployment
- Analyze and resolve complex security and system problems
- Collaborate with team members to develop and improve software solutions
Requirements
- Experience using a systems programming language such as C, Java, or Python, with a proven track record of designing and implementing systems software.
- Natural curiosity with proven design sensibility and willingness to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Experience in any of the following systems software projects: Distributed systems, operating systems, Linux Kernel, Database internals, Hypervisors, Containers, or Compiler Optimization.
- Experience with security technologies including encryption, network security, and application security is a strong plus.
- Ability and willingness to work onsite at the Prague office in accordance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
