Job Description
A Senior Product Manager role focused on leading the development and scaling of data extraction platforms and connectors within Celonis' Process Intelligence platform, driving innovation, performance, and strategic growth in enterprise data integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and scaling of the Extractor portfolio, including data gateways and connectors.
- Define and execute the product roadmap for data extraction tools and platforms.
- Drive platform innovation by evolving the Extractor Builder and expanding connector libraries.
- Optimize data extraction performance through engineering collaboration, including delta-load logic and real-time streaming.
- Coordinate with global stakeholders and local engineering teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Analyze complex customer environments to resolve architectural bottlenecks and improve data extraction processes.
- Maintain market awareness of ETL/ELT landscape to ensure product competitiveness.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in technical product management, with a proven track record of shipping complex data-centric products
- Deep understanding of data extraction patterns including CDC, Delta-loads, Batch vs. Streaming, and protocols such as REST, OData, JDBC
- Direct experience with enterprise ecosystems, specifically SAP functional modules and data structures or major Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP
- Ability to hold architectural discussions with Staff Engineers while simplifying those concepts for C-level executives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze feature adoption and optimize extractor throughput using data
- Entrepreneurial spirit with excitement about being a foundational member of a new engineering hub, bringing clarity to ambiguity and building a high-performance culture
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence without authority and tell a compelling story about the why behind the what
