Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop the Partner Account Management team in ANZ to exceed performance targets
Define and execute the ANZ partner strategy to maximize revenue, pipeline, and market penetration
Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key partners and lead complex contract negotiations
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams to align on territory plans and drive joint success
Design and implement scalable processes, best practices, and performance metrics to optimize partner productivity and ROI
Requirements
Proven experience leading and scaling ANZ partner sales teams, including managing leaders of leaders.
Strong track record of building, developing, and growing reseller and distributor ecosystems.
Demonstrated success in driving channel-led revenue growth and pipeline expansion.
Ability to assess, plan, and execute territory and partner strategies that maximize revenue and operational efficiency.
Strong business acumen with experience in joint business planning, contract negotiation, and partner investment models.
Executive presence with the ability to influence both internal stakeholders and external partners at senior levels.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and drive alignment across complex organizations.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience defining and executing comprehensive partner strategies to maximize revenue, pipeline, and market penetration.
Experience building and maintaining senior-level relationships with key partners, including leading complex contract negotiations and partnership agreements.

Experience designing and executing high-impact programs, campaigns, and events to generate demand and expand reach.
