Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute partner growth strategies with National SI Resale Partners in Japan
Assess market opportunities and build measurable initiatives to drive business growth
Gain partner trust and mindshare by showcasing Pure Storage solutions to sales teams
Establish and strengthen executive sponsorship within partner organizations
Identify opportunities to streamline engagement processes between partners and Pure Storage
Requirements
Proven track record of growing business with System Integrator (SI) and Resale partners in related industries, products, or services.
Strong collaborative skills and the ability to effectively influence and manage stakeholders across various organizational layers, including those outside of a direct report-to structure.
Native-level Japanese language skills are essential.
Professional proficiency in English for effective communication in a global work environment.
