The Tokyo Office Administrator will be responsible for managing daily office operations, providing a welcoming environment, coordinating logistics, and supporting internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth functioning of the company's Tokyo office.
Key Responsibilities
Create a professional, positive, and welcoming environment for colleagues and guests
Manage front-of-house, meeting rooms, and desk space proactively
Perform clerical, administrative, and logistical tasks such as ordering supplies, office equipment, and processing invoices
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate across teams within the company
Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English skills

Ability to travel up to twice a year for company events of up to two weeks duration
Ability to grasp existing technical systems and suggest improvements
