Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize marketing budget operations within Allocadia and related systems.
Oversee day-to-day administration of Allocadia, including user access and hierarchy management.
Conduct monthly and quarterly reconciliations between Allocadia and financial systems to ensure data accuracy.
Investigate and resolve data discrepancies between Allocadia and financial systems.
Lead system integrations and process improvements for procurement and financial data flows.
Implement monitoring, testing, and validation routines to maintain data integrity.
Enhance tools and systems to improve spend tracking across regions, programs, and campaigns.
Design and evolve marketing performance metrics and frameworks.
Deliver regular performance insights and reports on campaign performance versus plans.
Maintain and develop models connecting campaign investments to pipeline, bookings, and performance metrics.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
7 to 10 years of experience in Business Operations, Finance, or Marketing Analytics, with a strong focus on budget management and performance reporting.
Hands-on expertise with Allocadia or equivalent Marketing Resource Management (MRM) and financial systems such as SAP or Netsuite, including experience with integrations, reconciliations, and hierarchy management.
Proven experience building executive dashboards and performance reports using BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to connect financial, funnel, and campaign data into clear insights and recommendations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Experience owning end-to-end marketing budget operations, including managing user access, hierarchy management, and mapping of unmapped actuals and POs in Allocadia.
Experience leading monthly and quarterly reconciliations between Allocadia and financial systems such as SAP or Netsuite to ensure data accuracy and alignment with Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and manager targets.
Experience investigating and resolving data discrepancies between Allocadia and financial systems, troubleshooting issues related to financial reporting, missing actuals, and system variances.
Experience leading systems integrations and process improvements, including designing, testing, and implementing changes to PR and PO actuals integrations, such as SAP or Netsuite to Allocadia, including new cost center and GL structures.
Ability to establish monitoring, UAT, and validation routines to prevent data misalignment that could impact reporting, financial close, or compliance.
Experience identifying and implementing enhancements in Allocadia and related tools (e.g., Appsheet, Smartsheet, Salesforce) to improve spend tracking across regions, programs, and campaigns.
Experience designing and evolving marketing performance frameworks and metrics such as MIP, MIP Q, MIB, ROI, cost per eligible response, and contacts per persona.
Ability to deliver recurring insights on campaign performance versus plan, including YoY trends, target attainment, and optimization opportunities, on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Experience maintaining and improving calculators and models (e.g., FMM, Global Program, top-down investment models) that connect campaign investments to pipeline, bookings, and performance metrics by theater, function, and campaign.
Willingness to work primarily in an in-office environment at the Santa Clara office in compliance with company policies.
