The role involves developing and executing cross-channel marketing programs in Japan to support sales, enhance brand awareness, and drive demand generation activities such as events, campaigns, content creation, and partner marketing, working closely with sales and regional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Drive demand generation activities including events, webinars, digital marketing, and ABM to generate sales opportunities.
Plan, execute, and analyze global and local marketing campaigns and events from start to finish.
Localize HQ-led campaigns and support the production of customer stories and marketing content.
Manage PR activities and social media amplification in collaboration with PR agencies and regional teams.
Coordinate with digital marketing teams and external agencies for demand generation and branding in Japan.
Track, report, and analyze ROI and effectiveness of marketing programs and initiatives.
Manage budgets, POs, invoices, and MDF activities with channel partners to maximize ROI.
Support partner marketing programs and enablement activities to meet business goals.
Requirements
7-10 years of experience in an enterprise marketing role within the tech industry, preferably with some partner marketing experience
Understanding of a broad range of marketing activities and disciplines
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong collaboration and relationship building skills
Track record of working with sales, channel partners, customers, field global marketing, and analysts
High energy and passion with a can-do attitude
Ability to work in a small team environment and effectively collaborate with the broader APAC business and all cross-organizational functions
