This role involves managing and driving adoption of Evergreen One storage-as-a-service solutions across the APAC region, supporting customer success, sales enablement, and operational processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Support customer acquisition, onboarding, service delivery, and adoption of Evergreen One storage services across the APAC region.
Provide product expertise, financial modeling, and act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal teams.
Drive adoption of Evergreen One among target companies and facilitate collaboration between sales, partners, and the business unit.
Oversee and support ongoing customer success, including managing escalations and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Develop and maintain operational dashboards, track KPIs, and improve processes related to subscriptions and service delivery.
Engage with cross-functional teams to communicate market opportunities, customer feedback, and drive operational improvements.
Manage operational tasks such as reviewing hardware configurations, modifying service subscriptions, validating invoicing, and supporting billing processes.
Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, partners, and customers to operationalize and promote Evergreen One offerings.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IaaS, SaaS, and Software industry.
Strong command on IaaS SaaS customer success and service delivery with a proven track record of delivering results for customers.
Experience partnering with sales, business development, customer success, and professional services organizations.
Strong business development acumen supporting sales teams through strategic sales campaigns.
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically in a startup-like environment.
Ability to own the execution of standard operating procedures and best practices governed by the business unit to provide consistent customer experience.
Experience reviewing hardware configurations, modifying service subscriptions, validating invoicing setup, validating billing amounts for complex accounts, and enabling global subscription commitments.
Ability to understand, execute, and manage operational tasks including delivering continuous process improvement and automation.
Understanding of the subscription product catalog and providing teams with appropriate configurations based on subscription type or custom requirements.
Engagement in team projects to adapt operations and governance based on business model decisions, including new subscription offerings and routes to market.
Development and maintenance of operational dashboards including tracking KPIs.
Strong working knowledge of cloud and SaaS products, data center technologies, and cloud SaaS commercial models, contracts, and customer success experience.
Experience with procuring and/or selling as-a-service models and related pricing structures.
Financial modeling skills and understanding of P&L, cash flow, balance sheets, and financial fundamentals.
Willingness to travel approximately 20%, mostly within the region but also to headquarters in California.
Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
Experience with services SOW, SaaS IaaS service contracts, and SaaS IaaS product offerings (preferred).
Experience with public cloud IaaS and PaaS (highly desired).
Ability to communicate market opportunities, trends, needs, and field feedback to cross-functional teams.
Ability to build strong relationships internally and with regional partners to facilitate operational success.
Preparedness to pitch to C-level executives, demonstrating product expertise and value differentiation.
Ability to collaborate effectively with teams across Sales, Services, Product, Finance, Legal, Deal Desk, and Enablement.
Experience supporting or procuring cloud and SaaS commercial models, contracts, and business development activities.
Experience with financial modeling, including understanding of total cost business cases, and related financial fundamentals (desirable).
