Job Description
The role involves leading customer adoption and growth for Evergreen One storage-as-a-service in the APAC region, acting as a product and financial expert to support sales, customer success, and operational teams, while driving strategic initiatives and building strong relationships across various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customer acquisition, onboarding, service delivery, and adoption of Evergreen One storage services in the APAC region.
- Act as a trusted advisor and primary regional contact for customers, supporting sales and customer success teams.
- Drive adoption of Evergreen One among target companies across various verticals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams, partners, and customers to facilitate product adoption and operational efficiency.
- Provide product expertise and communicate market opportunities, trends, and customer feedback to cross-functional teams.
- Oversee operational tasks related to subscription management, including reviewing configurations, modifying subscriptions, validating invoicing, and ensuring billing accuracy.
- Develop and manage operational dashboards and track KPIs to monitor performance and customer success.
- Collaborate with sales, services, product, finance, legal, and enablement teams to support business growth and operational improvements.
- Engage in strategic planning and execution of initiatives to expand the customer base and improve customer experience.
- Participate in team projects to adapt operations and governance based on evolving business models and new offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IaaS, SaaS, and Software industry.
- Strong command on IaaS SaaS customer success and service delivery with a proven track record of delivering results for customers.
- Experience partnering with sales, business development, customer success, and professional services organizations.
- Strong business development acumen supporting sales teams through strategic sales campaigns.
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically in a startup-like environment.
- Ability to own the execution of standard operating procedures and best practices governed by the business unit to provide consistent customer experience.
- Experience participating in enablement initiatives to help scale operational knowledge and differentiation.
- Track record of monitoring customer 360 metrics and providing regular updates to management.
- Experience with reviewing hardware configurations, modifying service subscriptions, validating invoicing setup, validating billing amounts for complex accounts, and enabling global subscription commitments.
- Ability to understand and manage operational tasks including delivering continuous process improvement and automation, understanding the subscription product catalog, and providing teams with appropriate configurations based on subscription type or custom requirements.
- Experience developing and maintaining operational dashboards including tracking KPIs.
- Strong working knowledge of cloud and SaaS products, data center technologies, and cloud SaaS commercial models, contracts, customer success experience, and business development.
- Experience with procuring and/or selling as-a-service models and related pricing structures is highly desirable.
- Financial modeling skills and understanding of P&L, cash views, balance sheets fundamentals, etc., are highly desirable.
- Ability to partner with a variety of leaders and teams across the organization, including external partners and vendors.
- Willingness to work late evening hours as needed to coordinate with teams in California.
- Travel requirement of approximately 20% mostly within the region and to HQ in California.
