This role involves serving as a strategic financial partner within the Global Partner Sales organization, focusing on optimizing partner investments, driving strategic planning, providing executive insights, and influencing business strategy through data-driven analysis and financial modeling.
Key Responsibilities
Design and manage the partner investment framework and rebate spend to maximize ROI
Lead annual and quarterly planning cycles with forecasts and spend models
Develop and automate financial reports and data visualizations on partner performance and profitability
Enforce governance over rebate eligibility and payments, and implement system enhancements
Analyze compensation plans and incentive structures to advise on strategies that drive growth
Requirements
Experience in designing investment frameworks or sales-incentive models within a fast-paced corporate environment, demonstrating a proven track record in navigating complex business-facing finance roles.
Proficiency in leveraging enterprise-level financial tools such as Anaplan, NetSuite, or similar systems, and advanced spreadsheet functions to build scalable, automated reporting solutions.
Mastery of financial modeling and the ability to synthesize large datasets from tools like Snowflake, SQL, or Tableau into compelling narratives that drive executive decision-making.
Ability to lead the annual and quarterly planning cycles for the Partner organization, developing sophisticated rolling forecasts and spend models that enable quick pivots based on market indicators.
Experience in designing and managing partner investment frameworks and contra-rebate spend to maximize ROI and align with long-term GTM financial goals.
Experience in developing and automating dynamic financial packages and data visualizations to provide leadership with clear insights on partner performance, profitability trends, and program effectiveness.
Experience in enforcing governance over rebate eligibility and payment validation, and identifying system enhancements to scale financial processes.
Ability to act as a financial advisor to the Global Partner Organization, conducting deep-dive analysis on compensation plans and incentive structures to recommend growth-accelerating changes.
Strong analytical storytelling skills with the ability to synthesize complex datasets into clear, actionable narratives for executive audiences.
Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships with cross-functional global stakeholders.
Willingness to work primarily from the Prague office in accordance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
