Key Responsibilities
Accurately collect data from various sources and enter it into the CRM system
Perform daily administrative tasks related to data entry and management
Monitor progress to ensure meeting daily, weekly, and monthly goals
Support team with answering data queries and updating records
Initiate proactive communication with government entities to request relevant information
Identify and engage with suitable contacts within government agencies to gather data
Organize and manage collected data within a structured database system
Ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of the database through regular updates and data cleansing
Implement and uphold compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations
Utilize research methodologies to identify and verify contacts within government bodies
Requirements

Implementing and upholding compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations during all stages of data handling
Utilizing research methodologies to identify and verify suitable contacts within government bodies
Possession of a degree in a relevant discipline (preferred but not essential)
High level of ethical, intellectual, professional, and personal values that complement the team and company culture
Detail-consciousness and concern for accuracy
Intermediate working knowledge of Excel
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to organize own workload and achieve deadlines
Comfortable working alone as well as part of a team
Demonstrable professional approach and positive attitude
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively balance speaking in Czech and in English
