Key Responsibilities
Collect and accurately enter data from various sources into CRM system
Perform daily administrative and data entry tasks to ensure smooth workflow
Monitor progress to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Support routine reporting and create basic data summaries
Respond to data-related queries and update records as needed
Proactively contact government entities to gather required information
Identify appropriate contacts within government agencies using research methods
Organize and maintain data within a structured internal database
Conduct data cleansing and accuracy checks to ensure data integrity and security
Ensure compliance with GDPR and data protection guidelines
Perform additional tasks to support operational needs as assigned
Requirements

Maintain a professional, courteous approach in all communications with public officials.
Organize collected data within a structured internal database and conduct routine data cleansing and accuracy checks to maintain data integrity and security.
Ensure all data handling follows GDPR and other applicable data protection guidelines.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by Unison Site Management to support evolving operational needs.
Possess a degree in a relevant discipline (beneficial but not required).
Have suitable experience of 0 to 4 years, including those seeking their first professional role.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Have intermediate Excel skills, including sorting, filtering, formulas, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Be able to manage and organize own workload independently and effectively.
Work comfortably independently and as part of a distributed team.
Maintain a professional demeanor with a positive, problem-solving mindset.
Be able to communicate effectively in Czech and English.
Work as a self-employed contractor with flexible working hours, including some overlap with U.S. business hours for team conference calls.
