The role involves developing and executing regional marketing strategies to drive pipeline growth, build customer relationships, and support sales initiatives for a high-tech data storage company in the Nordics, with a focus on partner collaboration, campaign management, and market analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a regional field and channel marketing plan to support pipeline and bookings goals.
Build and nurture relationships with key partners, resellers, and distributors in the Nordics.
Plan and manage marketing development funds (MDF) with partners to drive new business and pipeline growth.
Implement and localize global and regional marketing campaigns, adapting content for the Nordics market.
Collaborate with sales, partner teams, and marketing stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective campaign execution.
Track, analyze, and report on program performance to optimize marketing strategies and demonstrate ROI.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform campaign and partner strategies.
Manage marketing programs, procurement, and budgets with operational excellence, ensuring compliance and transparency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in the marketing field with demonstrable experience managing best-in-class marketing programs.
Experience creating integrated marketing plans for a high tech company to gain new customers and build repeat business.
Experience working with and marketing with partners and alliances and in planning, executing and reporting impact on joint demand generation initiatives.
Experience organising local and regional events for demand generation.
Proactive self-starter, strategic and analytical thinker with exceptional execution and problem-solving capabilities and a hunger to learn and grow.

Customer-first and results-oriented.
Data-driven with experience in using data and analytics to guide marketing strategy and measure success.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, native in Swedish and business English, with the ability to build business cases as needed to influence executive decisions.
