Job Description

The role involves leading a team of Value Engineers to drive customer value realization, expansion, and renewal by translating strategic objectives into impactful use cases, managing end-to-end customer journeys, and fostering strong executive relationships within a SaaS process intelligence platform environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Value Engineers to drive customer value journeys from landing to renewal and expansion.
  • Identify, frame, and deliver value to customers by translating strategic objectives into high-impact use cases.
  • Own the end-to-end customer value journey, including adoption, deployment of features, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Serve as an executive sponsor, building strategic relationships and communicating value and results to senior stakeholders.
  • Support customer success by architecting improvement measures, managing change, and deploying new features and products.
  • Host Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to communicate results and value realization.
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor talent within the Value Engineering team to ensure high standards and continuous growth.
  • Allocate resources effectively to meet sales, renewal, and value delivery targets while managing risks.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate your business domain expertise, such as in Finance or Supply Chain, as well as experience in strategic transformation initiatives (e.g., Shared Services Transformation or System Transformation) and the ability to build a compelling value roadmap for the customer.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of industry trends and strategic challenges of the C-Suite and build an integrated Celonis Process Intelligence roadmap.
  • Experience with guiding customer s IT teams throughout their Celonis Process Intelligence journey, demonstrating hands-on the power of Process Intelligence and proven ability to accelerate value realization by building dashboards, Apps, Action Flows.
  • Plan and manage project scope, expectations, and timelines, leveraging partners from the Celonis Ecosystem wherever possible.
  • Experience in preparing and communicating results to stakeholders and management, both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrate experience of following the Celonis value selling methodology alongside the customer journey including discovery, qualification, value assessment, and PoV s, and demonstrate the full value potential of Celonis Process Intelligence.
  • Proven track record of identifying and prioritizing use cases, implementing improvement measures, and becoming a change agent for the customer by establishing an operating model and training users for the customer to realize value and renew or expand their subscription with Celonis.
  • Demonstrate ability to qualify all VE engagements, do discovery with customers directly, steer and allocate resources efficiently, and champion the value selling methodology with customers.
  • Proven ability to lead by example, including being on the front line with your teams, hands-on in all aspects, and a role model for the organization.
