Job Description
The role involves leading and optimizing the global business operations for Portworx's high-growth Cloud Native Business Unit, including defining and executing a unified Go-to-Market strategy, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving operational excellence to strengthen market leadership in enterprise storage and data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and operationalize a unified Global Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for container-native solutions.
- Connect and align sales, marketing, and product teams globally to ensure strategic execution.
- Drive business optimization and process scaling through analytics and high-impact projects.
- Plan capacity and allocate resources to meet short-term demands and long-term strategic goals.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to maximize customer value and drive adoption of solutions.
Requirements
- Proven ability to define, evangelize, and execute a cohesive Go-to-Market strategy across complex, global organizations.
- Deep expertise in leveraging market intelligence, competitive analysis, and performance metrics KPIs dashboards to guide strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.
- Demonstrated leadership in a highly matrixed environment, successfully driving cross-functional alignment and gaining consensus with Enterprise Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Strong operational acumen in capacity planning, resource allocation, and scaling standardized, efficient business processes globally.
- The capability to translate complex business challenges into actionable operational improvements and high-impact, customer-centric programs.
- Work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Pure Storage policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
