As the Director of Learning & Development, you will spearhead Everpure’s enterprise workforce enablement strategy during our pivot to the Everpure Platform. You will be a leader on the Talent Transformation team, responsible for translating business objectives into a high-impact skills ecosystem, ensuring our global workforce is equipped for an AI-driven future. Collaborating closely with Executive Leadership and other HR partners, you will redefine how learning drives measurable performance and organizational adaptability. This is a high-visibility leadership role centered on building the collective capability needed to win in the Enterprise Data Cloud market.
• Design and execute the Global Enablement Strategy: Translate Everpure’s business mission into a comprehensive learning philosophy, prioritizing investments that directly improve workforce productivity and execution of key business priorities.
• Drive AI Adoption and Digital Upskilling: Lead the cross-functional change initiative to embed AI-enabled workflows into daily operations, utilizing experiential learning and simulations to build immediate, practical employee confidence and competence.
• Architect Leadership Experiences: Design and facilitate high-impact learning journeys for senior leaders, executives, and other leadership personas using storytelling and strategic alignment to build momentum for enterprise-wide transformation.
• Manage High-Performing Enablement Teams: Lead a diverse team of experts across instructional design, operations, and analytics to deliver scalable learning solutions that are held accountable to rigorous performance KPIs.
• Operationalize Skills Frameworks: Own the architecture and implementation of enterprise-wide skills models to facilitate smarter hiring, targeted development, and fluid internal mobility across the organization.
• Office Presence: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
• Strategic Enablement Expertise: Proven success in translating complex business strategies into measurable workforce capabilities at an enterprise level, specifically within high-growth technology sectors.
• Change Leadership & Innovation: Experience leading large-scale organizational change, including the practical adoption of emerging technologies like AI and the implementation of modern, "flow of work" learning modalities.
• Executive Influence and Facilitation: Exceptional ability to partner with and influence senior stakeholders, coupled with the executive presence to lead high-stakes development sessions for leadership teams.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in using workforce analytics to measure the impact of learning on business outcomes and the agility to adjust investment strategies based on performance data.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
