Key Responsibilities
Design organizational models to support decision-making, collaboration, and growth
Lead strategic workforce planning to ensure appropriate capabilities and locations
Coach senior leaders to enhance leadership effectiveness and build high-performance teams
Develop talent strategies for succession planning, internal mobility, and talent attraction
Drive the execution of business transformations and change management initiatives
Utilize people analytics and organizational metrics to diagnose issues and measure impact
Partner with HR functions to deliver scalable solutions that future-proof the workforce
Requirements
Proven Strategic HR Partnership: Deep experience as a senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) in global, high-growth, or technology environments, with a track record of influencing executives and shaping people strategies that move real business metrics.
Organizational Design Scale Expertise: Demonstrated ability to architect and evolve organizational structures, operating models, and leadership capabilities that enable scale, speed, and clarity across complex, matrixed teams.
Business-First, Builder Mindset: Ability to think like an operator and investor, connecting people decisions to P&L, productivity, risk, and growth; experience building in ambiguous environments where playbooks do not yet exist, bringing order, judgment, and momentum to complex problems.
Data-Driven, Insight-Led Approach: Fluency in using data, trends, and organizational health indicators to tell compelling stories, influence decisions, and continuously improve talent and organizational outcomes.
Resilience, Empathy, and a Growth Mindset: Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-change environments, demonstrate transparency, courage, and empathy, and build trust and followership.
Location Requirement: Willingness to work primarily in-office from the Santa Clara office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
Experience in designing and implementing organizational models that support decision-making, global collaboration, and scaling with growth ambitions.
Experience leading strategic workforce planning integrating business, financial, and talent strategies to ensure the right capabilities are in the right locations at the right time.
Ability to serve as a trusted coach and thought partner to senior leaders, helping them build high-performance teams and have clear, courageous conversations about performance, growth, and accountability.
Experience defining talent strategies that make an organization a talent magnet, including succession planning, bench strength, critical role identification, and internal mobility.
Experience partnering across HR functions such as Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Operations, and Regional HR to deliver scalable, fit-for-purpose solutions that future-proof the workforce.
Experience leading transformation initiatives, including operating model shifts, M&A integration, and productivity transformations, with the ability to manage complex change and execute people-side strategies effectively.
Ability to use people analytics and organizational health metrics to diagnose issues, influence decisions, and measure impact on productivity, cost, and risk.
