Job Description
This role involves designing and developing intuitive, high-performance web applications for an AI Data Platform, focusing on creating a seamless user experience by translating complex infrastructure into accessible interfaces, primarily using React and TypeScript.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop intuitive, high-performance web applications and user interfaces for the AI Data Platform.
- Translate complex infrastructure capabilities into user-friendly frontend features.
- Drive the development of key frontend features from concept to deployment, ensuring performance and usability.
- Collaborate with product management, UX designers, and backend engineers to define user stories and ensure seamless integration.
- Advocate for user needs by translating customer problems into functional engineering solutions.
Requirements
- Exceptional proficiency in building modern web applications, with deep, practical experience in React, TypeScript, and related state management and testing frameworks.
- Strong, demonstrable expertise in UI UX design and implementation, with the ability to turn mockups (e.g., from Figma) into pixel-perfect, highly responsive, and accessible production code.
- Practical experience utilizing AI tools and generative AI models for frontend design optimization, development acceleration, and workflow automation.
- Ability to collaborate across functions with Product Management, UX Designers, and Backend Engineers to define user stories, influence product direction, and ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend components.
- Excellent communication skills, with a proven track record of synthesizing customer problems, presenting engineering designs, gaining stakeholder consensus, and driving technical decisions forward.
- Work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
