The Nordic Country Manager at Pure Storage is responsible for leading regional growth by building and managing a high-performing sales and partner ecosystem, driving strategic sales initiatives, and fostering a strong company culture to expand market presence in the data storage industry.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing sales organization in the Nordic region.
Drive strategic growth through executive engagement and channel ecosystem development.
Manage and orchestrate sales strategies across on-premise and cloud solutions with internal teams and partners.
Build and maintain relationships with channel partners to expand market reach.
Utilize data and CRM tools to optimize sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline management.
Requirements
Proven ability to lead technology sales teams with a charismatic and persuasive style that inspires collective achievement.
Mastery of the IT infrastructure landscape, with the ability to navigate highly competitive environments and engage effectively at the C-Suite level.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to align internal stakeholders across all levels of the organization and lead cooperative efforts across functional boundaries.
Bilingual communication skills with mastery of English and business-fluent Dutch to effectively articulate Pure s value proposition to a diverse regional audience.
A process-oriented mindset with the ability to identify root causes, solve complex problems, and manage multiple strategic priorities simultaneously.
Experience in scaling and inspiring a world-class sales organization by recruiting top-tier talent and fostering a high-performance culture.
Ability to deliver predictable business results, including achieving annual bookings goals and new logo production, while maintaining a rigorous 4X pipeline to ensure long-term territory health.
Experience leading and orchestrating extended teams including Sales Engineers (SEs), Channel Managers, and Inside Sales to execute complex on-premise and cloud sales strategies.
Ability to build and maintain high-impact relationships with channel partner principals and leadership teams to expand market reach and influence.
Operational skills in leading through data-driven performance management, utilizing analytical skills and CRM tools to optimize sales activity, forecast accuracy, and proof of concept (POC) management.
Location requirement: Ability to work primarily from the Stockholm office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
