Key Responsibilities
Design organizational models to support decision-making, collaboration, and growth
Lead strategic workforce planning to ensure appropriate capabilities and locations
Coach and develop senior leaders to enhance their effectiveness and build high-performance teams
Develop talent strategies for succession planning, internal mobility, and talent attraction
Drive the execution of business transformations and change management initiatives
Utilize people analytics and organizational health metrics to diagnose issues and measure impact
Requirements
Proven Strategic HR Partnership: Deep experience as a senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) in global, high-growth, or technology environments, with a track record of influencing executives and shaping people strategies that move real business metrics.
Organizational Design Scale Expertise: Demonstrated ability to architect and evolve organizational structures, operating models, and leadership capabilities that enable scale, speed, and clarity across complex, matrixed teams.
Business-First, Builder Mindset: Ability to think like an operator and investor, connecting people decisions to P&L, productivity, risk, and growth, and experience building in ambiguous environments where playbooks do not yet exist.
Data-Driven, Insight-Led Approach: Fluency in using data, trends, and organizational health indicators to tell compelling stories, influence decisions, and continuously improve talent and organizational outcomes.
Resilience, Empathy, and a Growth Mindset: Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-change environments, demonstrate transparency, courage, and empathy, and build trust and followership.
Location Requirement: Willingness to work primarily in-office from the Santa Clara office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
Experience with Enterprise Sales Client Groups: Strong preference for experience working with enterprise sales teams or client groups.
